Bad drivers in Florida will soon have to take a behind-the-wheel driving education course and pass a driving test. The new law will require any motorist convicted of three crash-related moving violations over a three-year period to take the test.
The new law, signed by Gov. Charlie Crist last month, becomes effective January 1.
